At CrossFit AxAt – Crossfit workout gym -we provide the personal attention needed to help you improve your overall strength & conditioning, without the personal training cost.
The focus at CrossFit AxAt Gym is to establish properly progressed patterns of what is commonly referred to as functional movements.
Through highly specific programming and variable intensity, the goal at CrossFit AxAt Gym is to increase work capacity and maximize athletic performance in all of the 10 fitness abilities.
SCALABLE TO ANY FITNESS LEVEL
CrossFit is scalable for any person despite age, athletic ability or previous injury.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
We encourage you to set goals, and track your performance with our triib performance tracking software.
High Intensity
Our classes are only 60 minutes long but they are designed to minimize your investment in time. Even on a busy schedule, we can help you increase strength and overall fitness fast.
Functional Movements
Movements based on real-world situational biomechanics. In Layman's terms, our workouts generally involve movements that you use in everyday life.
Constantly Varied
Every day the work out is different. Constant variation is designed to develop your physical skills across a broad range of movements and activities. CrossFit specializes in NOT specializing. Routine is the enemy.
FAMILY FITNESS
Our box is a one big family that trains, motivates, and hangs out together.
NUTRITION
We understand, and acknowledge that exercise is only half of the battle. Upon request, we provide our members with a flexible dieting meal plan to fit their individual needs.
Crossfit Prep Course
To get you started in the right direction on your fitness journey, we offer a 6 class foundations course where we teach you the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit, at no additional cost.
QUALITY COACHING
All of our coaches are CrossFit Level-1 certified.
